Customer service with Mathew was amazing, he was super informative and kept me up to date on everything as well as made sure that my needs were met if I ever had any special request. I always felt informed and cared for and was very impressed overall, pretty much the ideal customer service I would want to have.

New customer who had an awesome experience. I took my car in for an oil change and some front end work. Richard got me in quickly and got all the service done the same day. He followed up with me the next day on some additional work I wanted to have priced. Great service and communication. So glad I found a place that I can trust that is close to my house, with great rates.

New customer needing transmission service. Quickly schedulled us and fixed our problem at a more than fair cost. thanks, we will be back the next time we have a car problem.

We have been going to Autovaun for years, they are outstanding. They are not a discount service center so do not expect to save money over a dealership, but they are truly honest, there have been many times where a dealer told me one thing, with multiple items needing to be replaced and at a huge expense and autovaun found and repaired the actual single broken part. We have never had an issue with any work done and all the repairs have lasted us.

They filled my AC with freon and put in a dye that would let them know where the leak was. Since it was leaking I had them fix the ac. While there they noted my check engine light was on, explained to me it was most likely the catalytic converter and called the dealer finding out it was still under warranty. He told me to have them run a diagnostic. Sure enough, the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and everything was covered. I really appreciate Autovaun for going above and beyond to help me out like that.
